Tricia Beverage
In February 2023, Tricia assumed the role of Transaction Coordinator. As TC, Tricia works behind the scenes to make sure our transactions go smoothly. From setting up new buyers to preparing a home to list, Tricia works closely with Laura, lenders and title companies to get our clients to the closing table. Tricia also enjoys working with the team on client and community events. One service that the Laura Robertson Team provides our clients is customized staging in preparation for high quality professional photographs and for showings. Staging is an integral part of our team’s marking program and Tricia enjoys being part of our staging team. Tricia is also responsible for overseeing the team’s technology needs. Prior to joining our team in 2016, Tricia worked in the Financial services industry for 15 years as Operations Manager for Wealth Management Firms and Vice President of Operations for a mutual fund company that was based in Dallas. Tricia and her husband Dave live in Allen with their sweet dogs, are active in their Church and have one son who lives in the area.
