On a personal note, I enjoy spending my free time with my husband of 38 years and my three children and their families and my sweet little grandbaby. As a vital member of the team since 2004, Ann brings extensive knowledge and experience in numerous aspects of managing real estate transactions. Acting as transaction coordinator for the team, her attention to detail helps to ensure a smooth process for both buyers and sellers. From the initial listing paperwork and staging of the home through the contract and closing stages, she strives to help make the process a positive experience for our clients. As a certified home marketing stager, Ann brings many years of experience and a keen sense of design and style to the team.
Before joining the team, Ann worked in the health care industry as a supervisor of a Blood Bank in Pennsylvania, where she was born and raised. Ann currently lives in Allen with her husband, Alan, and chocolate lab, Kassie. She has three sons and a daughter-in-law that live in TX, Oklahoma, and California. Spending time with her family is her favorite activity along with volunteering in her church and community, making crafts and she is an avid walker.
Tricia joined the team in October 2016 as Marketing Administrator. Tricia works to make sure our clients’ listings receive the attention they deserve by producing marketing materials, overseeing social media postings and targeted mailings as well as promoting our listings to other area Real Estate agents and brokers. One service that the Laura Robertson Team provides our clients is customized staging in preparation for high quality professional photographs and for showings. Staging is an integral part of our team’s marking program and Tricia enjoys being part of our staging team. Tricia is also responsible for overseeing the team’s technology needs.
Prior to joining The Laura Robertson Team, Tricia worked in the Financial services industry for 15 years as Operations Manager for Wealth Management Firms and Vice President of Operations for a mutual fund company that was based in Dallas. Tricia and her husband Dave live in Allen with their sweet dogs, are active in their Church and have one son who lives in the area.
